Lymphatic Drainage is a specialised treatment that encourages the flow of lymphatic fluid through the body to help eliminate toxins and waste from the lymphatic system. Lymphatic Drainage can help with recovery from surgeries, swelling, fluid retention or just general wellbeing.
I can also offer breathing techniques during your treatment to help encourage deep relaxation and better sleep.
